KIMANY MARUGE
When KIMANI MARUGE was born in Kenya between 1919 or 1921. His dad was a cowherd. There weren't freee schools in Kenya so Kimani wasn't at school. He was a cowherd with his dad all his life. He was sad when the animals were sick.
In 2003 there was a new law in Kenya. There was free education for everyone. Kimani was about 84 years old.
In 2004 Kimani was in the GUINESS RECORDS BOOK, he was the oldest Primary pupil en the world! He was in class 1 with his grandchildren, and he was a good pupil.
In 2005, he was on the United Nations giving a conference. There were a lot of reporters.
He died in August 2009.
Here are some videos about him.

EPALS IN CANADÁ
The computer lab
The gym
Our class in Primary 6th have got new friends in Winnipeg, CANADÁ.
They are writting each other through Internet. Their Primary 6th teacher, Michelle contacted with me through Epals.
And we thought it would be a good idea to match our pupils.
The school in Canadá is called "Angus McKay" . Michelle sent me some photografs I want you to see of the school:
Look at the Library, I love it! It's so nice and welcoming. They can borrow story books and other kinds of books from there.
The gym is very big.
Have a look at their classroom, it is very similar to ours but look what they have on their chairs, can you imagine why?
The computer lab is quite big and has got lots of modern computers. Children go there very often.
I like the playground. It is full of snow! They say now is quite warm -9ºC!!! I can understand them because 2 weeks ago they had -38ºC ! Can you imagine that?
When they have that temperature, children can't go out to the playground during the break.
The names of our new friends are: Alex, Autumn, Braeden, Chaden, Christopher, Cole, Dylan Emma, Garron, Grace, Isabelle, Jennifer, Liliane, Logan, Noah, Owen, Phaedra, Tessa, Tim and Zachary.
I'm sure children in la Inmaculada and children in Angus Mckay will become great friends very soon.
Thank you for being our friends!

SNOW IN MALLORCA
This is what I have seen this afternoon, only 5 km away from Palma city. My family and me have been in the snow, it seems incredible but it has been snowing very near Palma, in our island.
Isn't it wonderfull? I love to see our mountains and woods all covered with snow.

ON LINE GAMES
This is a page where you can find some on line games you will like. Specially if you are in Primary 3rd,4th and 5th.
I recomend you:
the snowman, it's funny and you can practise the parts of the face.
The calendar where you can learn the days of the week and the months of the year.
The florist. You can choose a flower and make it grow.
LOONEYTUNES were my favourite cartoons ot TV. Here you have some video games to play with them and also some videos to watch the cartoons.
It's American English so it sounds a bit different.
